Before w proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

  • Does the mouse require a USB inserted on to the computer for the mouse to work?
  • Is the mouse connected directly to the computer via Bluetooth?

As per the information that you have provided, I suggest that you perform the following and check.

Method 1:

Connect another wireless mouse to the PC and check if it gets detected.

Method 2:

If the mouse is connected via the USB device, I suggest that you remove the device reboot the system and then re-insert the device and check.

Method 3:

Check for the device in Device Manager. If you cannot locate your mouse there, I suggest that you visit the manufacturer website of the device, key in the model number of the mouse, download and install the latest updates available.
